Data Requirements

 

Data Types

Note: Data requirements will be driven primarily by customer needs.

 

Tier One Analysis consists of Weekly and Monthly averages
for Miles per Gallon (MPG), and Gallons per Hour (GPH).
If the customer so desires, temperature and vehicle load normalized
MPG and GPH figures will delivered at no additional cost.
Therefore the data requirements for a Tier One Analysis are the
daily gallons, miles, and hours. If the customer whishes to normalize
for load, daily vehicle load data will also be required.
Efficiency Analysis Systems will procure temperature data.

 

Tier Two Analysis consists of normalizing for the effects
of the vehicle drivers. The drivers are the most influential single
contributing factor, with some studies stating that drivers account for up
to 30% of MPG variance. Due to the serious nature of the implications
of grading vehicle drivers, this level of analysis more than doubles the
complexity of the analysis. This translates into data requirements
that include daily Miles, Gallons, Hours, Load, Temperature, and others
like Vehicle Type, Engine Displacement, Number of Cylinders.

 

Data Formats

We accept a variety of data formats. A brief list includes:

 

The most accurate, pristine data possible will benefit both you and us.
Although we have created custom tools with built in error reduction.
Clean data is preferred.
All data sent to us will be checked for proper formatting. Improper
data formatting will be corrected and may result in additional charges.
We also have the capability for manual data input, if required.

Tier One Analysis

Starting at $425 per Month
Weekly and Monthly averages for up to 50 vehicles
Non Normalized MPG and GPH
Temperature Normalized MPG and GPH
Load Normalized MPG and GPH
Temperature and Load Normalized MPG and GPH

This data will be provided in a table format.
The customer can create their own charts or at no extra
charge, we will create charts to the customer specifications.

 

Tier Two Analysis

Starting at $800 per Month
Includes everything in the Tier One Analysis
and in addition, Weekly and Monthly averages for
Driver Normalized MPG and GPH
Temperature and Driver Normalized MPG and GPH
Temperature, Load, and Driver Normalized MPG and GPH

This data will be provided in a table format.
The customer can create their own charts or at no extra
charge, we will create charts to the customer specifications.

 

Custom Analysis

Call for Pricing
We will work with customers to create an analysis system
to suite their individual requirements and needs.

 

Data Entry

Call for Pricing
Data entry is provided for customers who have only paper records.
And prefer not to be involved with the extra work of data entry.
